Tarzan Tuning – EDC15 / EDC16 Custom ECU File Service

This service is for EDC15 and EDC16 diesel ECUs only.

We provide fully custom calibration based on your original ECU file, vehicle setup, and selected tuning options. Every file is individually modified to suit your car, driving style, and hardware.

Supported ECUs:

• Bosch EDC15
• Bosch EDC16

(Diesel applications only)

What you need to provide:

• Original ECU file (.bin / .ori / .hex / .frf / .zip)
• Vehicle details (make, model, engine code if known)
• List of current modifications
• ECU information (if available)
• Any known issues or fault codes

Vehicle health notice:

Your vehicle should be in good mechanical condition before tuning is carried out. Existing issues such as boost leaks, turbo wear, injector faults, or clutch slip may affect performance and reliability.

Turnaround time:

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours once a complete file and correct information have been received.

Our Stage 1 & Stage 2 files are developed by experienced calibrators and are intended to be safe for suitable, well-maintained vehicles. However, every vehicle is different, and we cannot guarantee against mechanical failure.

By choosing features such as Pops & Bangs or Flame Maps, you accept the additional risks involved. Tarzan Tuning, Tkidd, and our calibrators accept no responsibility or liability for any damage, mechanical failure, repair costs, or other losses resulting from the installation or use of our tuning files.
